May 9 2017 had an appointment today specsavers colchester turned up nice and early, asked to take a seat. then became totally invisible to all the staff our appointment time came and went still nothing, elderly lady before us pointed out her appointment was 40 minutes earlier yet not one of the staff had acknowledged her since she sat down. we decided not to wait and left, will not be using specsavers ever again and will take our money elsewhere, if it helps we decided on a pharmacy in colchester, and honestly the customer service was excellent
