all staff whatever job they do are always pleasant and willing to answer questions and if they don't know the answer they will find you someone who does and you can always have a laugh and joke with them but most importantly of all staff are extremely efficient in their examinations and help choosing the style of glasses you choose and measuring up when they sit them on your face all I can say is my visit was extremely pleasant and I will always highly recommend specsavers 101% ***************
