Always been very happy with them and when I was disappointed with lack of frames in the £45 offer the manager rang me and offered to replace them with some frames I liked. I went to Kelly Eyecare in Brockenhurst with a chronic dry eye. The staff were friendly and helpful. After an examination I was given some drops that helped to clear up the problem. The optometrist gave me advice on how I could manage the condition, and also told me about my employer's health and safety obligations on appropriate lighting, which had not occurred to me.
