I am a very nervous person have a needle phobia but I would like to thank the Consultant and his team, from the minute I arrived everyone was so kind, they explained everything that what going to happen, when they took me down for the op they was all so attentive they made me feel a lot calmer. The surgeon spent an entire 8 minutes explaining what I already new; with what I can only describe as a perfunctory attitude, before making it clear the consult was over. I can only conclude that as I was a NHS referral, the consult would have been different if I had been a private paying patient. Not a good experience. | |||||||
