GP referral as urgent , 8 weeks on still waiting for appointment, tried calling imagining department , leave message, no one calls back . Shouldnt be offering NHS appointments if they havent got the capacity, wait just as long for an appointment here and the NHS have to pay for it too!!

I had two consultations with Dr. Babur Mahmut one in February and after the first consultation I received the medical letter after three weeks and at the second consultation the medical letter after 44 days he seemed to me a very arrogant doctor and without much support.

I don’t know why the nurses from this Clinic never do same day blood test. I need always book appointments on the next week for blood test. And nurses reject do swab test for patients. When I get time for blood test they always late. This place lack of humanity as I beg them I need travel for one hour just for blood test but they reject for any earlier appointment.
