The patient care received by Spire Parkway is disgusting. My dressing were ripped off causing my wounds to open and resulted in awful scarring. Scarring I’m left with on a daily basis. The Director of Clinical Services declined a corrective procedure stating a second opinion was made by an additional plastic surgeon and it was ‘within the parameters’. ‘Within the parameters’ was concluded without consultation with myself, with 0 photographic evidence, and they have still after asking 4 times, revealed who this plastic surgeon is. Disgusting service, morally corrupt and 0 patient focussed.
