Very poor service on collection of repeat prescriptions Assistant insisted Porthcawl surgery had NOT issued the prescription on 2 separate visits and requests. Looked on computer system and repeated fault was with Surgery. On checking on my home computer I could see it had been issued but to double check I contacted the surgery who confirmed it had. Returned to Balkwills and the same assistant lied and said it had only just come in. I asked to speak to pharmacist who confirmed it had been dispensed at end of previous week but assistant did not look properly for it. The pharmacist apologised but assistant would not. Will NOT use this Pharmacy again and would not recomend. Phearns need to review the services at this particular unit.
