My experience this morning was awful, the lady behind the counter was rude and made me feel very small in front of other customers. I’m sure she has forgotten things sometimes but her attitude was to speak to me like I had committed a crime. Despite her wearing a sequinned dress and reindeer antlers there was no Christmas spirit there at all!!! The pharmacist however was very nice and understanding, maybe this women could learn from him. Kindness cost’s nothing!!
