Ordered prescription on 28th June 2023. I was told prescription would be ready on 5th July. On visit to pharmacy I was told to come back on 8th July. Still nothing. I have been asked to return time and again as they have mislaid (lost) my prescription. The time to get served can take up to 40minutes. (in my case). I had to go to my GP and get another prescription and took it to Boots on the 13th July and was told prescription items would be ready for collection on Monday 17th July. I have been back and forth to this pharmacy 9 times including today the 17th July and was told they had no stock of the items I require and to come back in a couple of days time. 3 weeks since they had first prescription. This is not the first time I have had problems with Boots Pharmacy. This Pharmacy is pathetic. I told them what I thought of their pathetic service and will never return. The Boots of old which had a first class service and reputation is long dead.
