A few times I've put my prescription in on Time only for it to be late but there has been an issue with one of the staff where as ive rang up to find out why it was late only to be told that I use my medication to much by a female called vicky in the llanwrtyd Wells branch .I see a consultant in Hereford who advises me on how much I can take etc but this I found was very stressful and she was raising her voice at me obviously the public was able to hear all this and with her saying my name and what medication I was on very loudly I feel this was not professional at all and not at all private, this is the third time this has happened with the Same female, I will be putting in a proper complaint if this happens again. It's hard enough when you are ill having to call and try and find out what is going on with your late prescription but to be told you are taking your meds wrong in an patronising manner is upsetting,my doctor and consultant are the experts here not a receptionist.
