My repeat prescriptions are supposed to be delivered but they don't turn up. When I contact the pharmacy I'm told yet again that they only have the driver for one hour and he didn't have time to deliver to me! This service is appalling.

One member of staff in particular is simply unbearable. Rude, almost to the point of aggressive. Scoffing, and throwing things about. Perfectly happy to argue with other staff right in front of you.

Rude and horrible attitude by one member of staff. Everything seemed to be a huge effort huffing puffing and throwing her hands in the air. I believe we all know Stomped off into the back to get a scrip and witnessed her throwing prescription bags onto the floor whilst looking for mine, whilst muttering I can't find anything . Discussing way to treat people's meds Shame other staff try their best , but this one isn't much up to speed as the rest and it's not her first week or month . I've also witnessed her asking another staff member to make decisions only to be told I'm not a manager I can't do that or make that decision ita above what I'm allowed to do , Being it was a very difficult situation I don't blame her . She can't seem to find anything unless it's on a shelf but that also seems a difficult task for her , I can't find it only for her to be told it's been on a shelf for three days . How embarrassing for the customer and other staff. Clearly it's either training or laziness that's the issue and I don't think it's the capability.
