Tells me my prescription is not there & the surgery hasn't sent it over. Check with Drs & it has been sent. This has happened several times.They have my name down twice in their system - I have asked them to clear the wrong name.They are chaotic, rude & unhelpful. It takes 3 visits and 2 phone calls to sort this out. They don't apologise for the inconvenience caused to me and the fact that I really urgently needed my medication.
