They never answer the phone. Always say call 48 hours before collecting batch prescriptions. But if they never answer the only way is to make a special trip to ask that. Absolute waste of space, they could have a text or online queuing system for those requests, but I am guessing they can't afford it or don't want to do that. Useless.

This chemist states they are open but yet again they are closed no answer on the phone number provided and in need of medication asked them yesterday if I was able to collect meds today and was told yes now I'm without meds yet again this place is a joke shop not a chemist

Been having problems for months with this chemist. Last time I used it I had to return 6 times over a period of 11 days to get all my tablets. That was the final time I used them. Went to another chemist in Barry instead with my next prescription & waited 10 minutes for my prescription to be done.
