Had a breakfast at Morrison’s Saltney; it was disgusting and a health issue!!!!! Firstly: The coffee machine turned out a coffee machine over flowed with coffee which was cold. To make it worse I had reported this two or three time and got the same answer; not there problem??? The health n safety is an issue which needs resolving immediately, the lady serving asked did I want the coffee I said yes n came back with coffee which she had whipped off, there is more. Breakfast was awful bacon not cooked and the breakfast cold, the cutlery was filthy no condiments out? I left most of the breakfast and actually felt quite I’ll-I’m sure if the council did an inspection they would close it down. Had I gone locally I could have had a breakfast for half the cost. My wife n I use the shop regularly and I am very disappointed. It was only 9am. The lady serving was very helpful so it’s not her problem it’s management. |

Handed in a prescription for 4 items my husband desperately needed three of the items. I asked if they had everything and after I waited while they checked they told me there was only one item they didn’t have. So I agreed to give in the script as the other three items were the important ones. I gave them time to finish and went back picked up the items that were bagged. Upon opening I found that there was two items missing they hadn’t bothered to tell me. I could have taken the prescription to another pharmacy. They told me the items would be in the next day over 24 hours after giving the prescription in. I also asked for a prescription for antibiotics for my daughter that was bring e-mailed from the surgery. They said to wait till after 12 mid day when another member of staff came in that had the email account. When I went back they said she didn’t have access to the e-mail account. So we would have to contact surgery to get prescription. Unpon talking to my surgery they said they had just been contacted by morrisons to say their e-mail was down for two weeks. Presumably because the only member of staff that had access was away..... this whole experience is totally unacceptable. As a dispenser myself I find this absolutely appalling |
