My son and I changed to Mcfarlane pharmacy on my neighbours recommendation. Best thing we've ever done. This pharmacy is quick, efficient and go above and beyond. I now feel confident again in my pharmacy and pharmacist. Makes a huge difference. Excellent ?????

Way way quicker than the pharmacy down the road, was waiting 15 minutes every time I went in at the other one and just accepted it as the norm. Went here once and realised it’s almost never busy and once I switched I would pick up my prescriptions right away every time as they were pre-made and already there. I wish hours/opening times were publicly online somewhere though so I’d know. For example it’s 2nd January at 16:30 right now and they’re not answering the phone, I don’t know if it’s worth going down to the busy ferry and checking if they’re open when they might not be - at the same time I do badly need my prescription. I’m young and perfectly capable of going down but someone who’s senior in particular could be making their life a lot harder by having to go down to check if they’re open only to be disappointed

Went for advise and help today The Pharmacist and the Lady in the Shop could not have been more helpful I left feeling the cared and wanted to help Thanks so much
