Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated by staff today! 29/03/2023 being called a liar all because their manufacturer sent a faulty inhaler which was empty. When I took it back to the chemist and explained the situation I was called a liar and and was told that what I was telling them didn't make any sense as serial number didn't match, like it was my fault. I have also been waiting for 4 weeks for a prescription and every time I go in for it I get a different excuse each and every time. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I'm being told my prescriptions are to be taken elsewhere as I was supposedly cursing and swearing on the way out the door..this can be refuted massively as the day in question I was at work and my grandparents had to collect my prescription. This pharmacy is an absolute farce and a joke, spend more time gabbing behind the scenes and leave customers unattended on the floor for excess periods of time. God forbid you raise a query you get spoken to like dirt. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere and will be raising this complaint higher than there heads. Disgusting working in the medical field to treat customers in such ways. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! would rather walk the 15minutes to get treated with dignity and respect!!
