unorganised and unhelpful staff. Got a prescription from a doctor for six month supply of medicine. The didn't have all of it in stock so I got only one month supply. Went back twice over two week but it still wasn't in stock. I was told to leave my details and that I will be contacted when it's available. I called pharmacy today and was told that it is in stock but because it's been on a shelf for to long I need to go back to GP for new prescription. No apologies, no explanation why I wasn't told it's waiting for me. Now I need to contact GP and explain why am I asking for the same prescription twice.
