Used to be excellent, now poor. Problem appears to be a lack of staff, both at the reception desk and in the make-up of prescriptions area. There is also no regular pharmacist - changes weekly, sometimes daily. The existing staff are very friendly and frankly very overworked. I feel sorry for them. Lloyds management need to act NOW. I write this as a disabled person with no car and, therefore, very dependent on the branch.

I am 79 years of age and usually collect my prescriptions from Lloyds Pharmacy, Hamilton Square, Livingston. I could describe the service as good but over the last few months it has become increasingly worse. Namely due to insufficient staff serving the public, for example I have called twice today and been confronted with a shop full of customers waiting their turn to be served. Invariably there is only one assistant serving. Surely a company the size of Lloyds could employ more counter staff to ensure the public are dealt with quickly and efficiently. This problem continues on a daily basis.

Lloyds Pharmacy Hamilton Square Murieston. Went in on Monday to pick up my repeat prescription at 12 O clock was told it was not ready and it would be 20 minutes. I said I would call back after lunch. Went back at 4 O clock prescription was still not ready and would not be ready until the next day. Went in today prescription still not ready so I decided to wait eventually got part of the order but the rest will be tomorrow or the next day. The way things are going at this branch I will soon be spending more time there than some of the staff. This branch is a total joke at the moment and I will be getting my repeat prescription elsewhere in future.
