I handed a prescription in today Friday 24th February 2023, I then went back to pick up my prescription, when I got home I opened one of the boxes diazepam, my prescription was for 28 tablets but there was only 14 in the box, I called the pharmacy and was told to bring my prescription back down, I would also like to state that this is not the first time this has happened with exact same tablet, pharmacy then told me as far as they are aware there was 28 tablets in the box. This really concerns me as I’m not crazy there was 14 tablets in the box so there is obviously something not quite right . Someone in the pharmacy is getting it wrong as I can assure you it is not me, I was made to feel as though I had opened the box and removed tablets. I believe you need to monitor what is going on in the pharmacy as something is not right, I will not leave this as this is happening way to much.
