Don't know if they are coming or going half the time plenty of staff there but not run efficiently requested my prescriptions to be picked up from Rose robot Pitcairn but they always end up in the cadham robots not convenient if you haven't got transport.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with this pharmacy. I ordered my prescription on 23rd May via the Healthera app as I always do. A week later I still didn't have a notification to collect from the robot. I had a message from app to say my prescription was delayed and to contact the pharmacy. I messaged the pharmacy and they responded to say that they would call me first thing the next morning. No phone call received. Messaged them again and was ignored. I then called them and left a voicemail. Someone called me back and said that they were having problems with the app and that I would need to call the surgery! Called the surgery who said they would put the prescription thru again. No notification received 6 days later so i called them back to be told that the pharmacy had my prescription ready for me 2 days before!! Well how was I to know that? When were they thinking about telling me? I phoned the pharmacy and was told that yes they did have my prescription and were waiting one item which was due that day and that they would put the items they have in the robot for me. Lo and behold, I've still not received a notification to say its in the robot with my code. When I go on the app, it says I collected my prescription last week!! Anyway, that was a really long story for something that should have been straightforward. So bottom line is that it's now 15 June and I'm still awaiting a prescription that I ordered on 23 May. Absolutely shocking customer service. Really unhappy.

Never seen such a level of imcompotence and rudeness. The girl on the desk wasn't approachable. Usual details passed was told I had picked up an item last night it was the name of something I had never heard of, said no was told I picked up the item from the robot 12th Jan said I didn't. Tried to help said I had just been to the surgery they had phoned over chemist said the item was ready to be picked up no response said hello no response I waved she said there was no need to wave and stormed off. I heard her sounding off to her colleagues. This women came out face like fizz and said the girl was trying to help said no she was rude. Approached by this other girl and asked into a room didn't know there was another person there she swings round and they both are telling me girl on the desk was trying to help I said no she was rude. I didn't like the position I was in beginning to hyper ventilate too angry told them their service was rank poor and asked out. Got home home the item wasn't right. A simple task turned out to be a rammy because of imcompotence and rudeness. I just asked for my item.
