I went yesterday to collect my prescription & was asked to wait outside as the limit in the shop is 3, went back this morning (sat 8th) there was 7 people in the shop, when your pointed this out the girl came out with a very confrontational & aggressive attitude, does anyone know how to contact the head office to make a formal complaint, this used to be a really friendly chemist but recently the staff are very dismissive of customers & rude

Tried to phone on several occasions ,no answer on phone so decided to go along to chemist which was empty ,so called from outside still no answer? What’s happening?
