Have been a regular user of this pharmacy for some time now and have never had a problem. Everyone - from the pharmacists to the counter staff - is pleasant, polite and helpful. Waiting times for scripts are minimal. As a frequent user with a long term debilitating illness I regularly rely on home delivery of my medication and again the service is brilliant. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I have used a local pharmacy for many, many years but was finding that my prescriptions which are ordered online were never ready on time. The last visit was dismal. I waited in a queue where I was 8th in line for 15 minutes before an assistant finally came to the counter. When it was my turn, as predicted, the prescription was not ready. I decided that enough was enough . I visited Saltburn pharmacy to explain my situation and found the staff very professional and friendly, so decided to give them a try.I ordered my presciption online and received confirmation that it would be available for collection in 2 days. 2 days later I called in to the pharmacy. There was no queue at the counter and my prescription was in my hands 15 seconds later. A refreshing change. well done Saltburn Pharmacy. I will certainly use them in the future
