II visited chemist today, because they didn't have my required prescription. Asked the young upstart behind counter for the rest of my prescription. He told me it was there then told me it needed signing off by the chemist.told me at least over 30 minutes before they back. I admit I swore and said aw fuck and turned to walk out, and he barred me from chemist. So wife went back to get prescription to get rest of it elsewhere and told my wife I told him to fuck off, which if the look on cameras that is a total l |

After consistently bad service on every visit, I am now moving to another pharmacy. The waiting time is always ridiculous, which is very frustrating because the staff just seem to be gossiping behind the screen rather than serving. Also, something is fundamentally wrong with the filing system because it always takes a couple of attempts for them to find the prescription. Shockingly bad. Their only saving Grace is the well-mannered tattooed guy. |

I visited the Bishop Auckland M&M chemists this week and was shocked to see the young man behind the counter take a customers mobile phone to answer an enquiry - he held it to his face (he had no gloves or mask on) and then passed it back to the young girl (she had neither mask or gloves either) then went to the back of the store, without antibacterialising his hands, even though there was hand wash in front of him on the counter. I dread to think what he touched after. Maybe he washed them who knows but i know i wasn't there to see him wash them. Made me feel unsafe, what if he went on to serve an ill person after than, spreading whatever on their product??? Surely in a pharmacy safety is a priority? Also lots of staff with masks on their chins or noses poking out! |
