I actually wrote in once by letter and once by review form to the actual pharmacy Prescription to You in the last 3 years, praising their service and delivery service. I had received shocking service from one other local pharmacy with lost prescriptions almost every month. I had experienced mediocre service from two other prescriptions services with long delivery delays and items of medication frequently missed off by accident or often not in stock. It was a relief to discover Prescriptions to U. I have found the pharmacy to be very helpful and polite and efficient as is the member of staff who delivers the medications to my home. Of course there will be some mistakes all round, although sometimes they have occurred earlier in the 'chain' prior to the prescription being received by the pharmacy. I have found that if there has ever been a problem along the chain... once the fault of the doctors' surgery and once my own fault for submitting a prescription late, this pharmacy has gone out of its way to help. I would and in fact do recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I have been with Prescriptions to U for about 7 years now with hardly a blip.
