Today was my second awful experience of this pharmacy. Both times the staff were extremely rude, especially the cashier, who makes you feel an inconvenience and very uncomfortable. Both times my prescription was unavailable, however I managed to get my prescription from another pharmacy. I have changed to a different pharmacy now. There is a reason there is never a queue in Jhoots, terrible staff, service, no prescription medication and the shelves were empty of stock. I will happily queue in another pharmacy to receive my medication and helpful, happy staff. Dreadful place, they should be ashamed of how they make paying customers feel.
