My experience of the Coleford Pharmacy has been excellent. I have a heart condition and respiratory problems. I have been able to rely on professional advice at all times. They have regularly monitored my medications and on one occasion questioned a doctor’s prescription which conflicted with other medications. The Pharmacist was correct. Since being forced to use Coleford Pharmacy, instead of the EXCELLENT Pharmacy at Mendip Country Practice, I have found getting prescriptions an uphill struggle. Requests for "repeat" medication have to be placed 4 DAYS before collection. In this day and age of joined up communications WHY 4 days?
I do recognise that the staff in Coleford Pharmacy are helpful, professional and cannnot be faullted but are tied by bits of paper. Original Comment Report...
