Since being forced to use Coleford Pharmacy, instead of the EXCELLENT Pharmacy at Mendip Country Practice, I have found getting prescriptions an uphill struggle. Requests for "repeat" medication have to be placed 4 DAYS before collection. In this day and age of joined up communications WHY 4 days? I do recognise that the staff in Coleford Pharmacy are helpful, professional and cannnot be faullted but are tied by bits of paper.
