We went to collect a repeat prescription after waiting outside in the cold for forty five minutes there were only two people in front of us going back to the car my wife opened the bag to check medications & the insulin she had been given was wrong so back to pharmacy to let them know & hopefully exchange it for the right drug only for them to say she would have to get the doctor to submit another prescription.Any time we have been there to collect medications seems to be a problem.

Extremely unpleasant assistant very poor communications skills. Unpleasant to the customer before me unpleasant to me and the customer after me. Clearly this woman (red hair ) shouldn’t be working in a shop situation. The pharmacy was also in poor order untidy, scrapy curled up bits of paper on the walls everywhere giving the impression of poor hygiene standards. Won’t use again probably only survives because it’s part of the dr surgery complex.
