I have used this pharmacy for many years & never had any problems but after my recent experience I won’t be using them again. I collected my prescription, checked it & paid the £9.35, but when I arrived home & checked my list unfortunately this was a brand I couldn’t take due to bad side effects, so on the Monday morning first thing I returned them to the pharmacy & explained this to the member of staff who kindly took the tablets back & said she would place a urgent request with my surgery. After a few days I finally received a call from Tracy the pharmacist who explained my prescription was in, so the following morning I went to collect, expecting it just to be swapped for the one I had returned, only to be told by a member of staff I have to pay again as this was a new prescription, at no point had any member of staff mention this, so I refused blankly to pay again, after all I’d already returned my previous prescription un-touched & un-opened & I wasn’t even aloud a refund for the £9.35 I was really annoyed & upset as I’ve paid for a prescription I haven’t got, they should explain to customers. Poor customer service
