This is my local pharmacy and they usually provide an adequate service however sometimes they get it wrong and don’t even have the courtesy to apologise or admit they’re in the wrong. Multiple times now either I’ve had medication missing in my delivery and not even a slip in the bag to say it will follow and then the pharmacy COMPLETLY forgets to send the missing items plus they also deliver incorrect medication in the sense that the labels printed and stuck on DON’T match the actual medication dispensed. How can you even justify how something as sensitive as medication can be sent out of the pharmacy area and sent to patients without double checking and signing off the prescribed medication??! Well apparently they do check them twice as they have a pharmacist sign the labels which are put on medication! BEWARE this pharmacy is either cutting corners or using workers who don’t comply or have any medical UK knowledge. This pharmacy used to run perfectly and I never had any issues when it was owned and run by Mr. Shah and his wife. Gone down in my estimations and it’s a shame.
