I find the staff in the pharmacy section to be mainly arrogant, abrasive and consequently unhelpful. They seem to change their approach depending on what one is asking for or the time of the day. If they are out of stock of an item then there's no offer of an alternative. Beware if it has to be ordered in then one is expected to pay up front and a premium charge is raised. When questioning this charge one is instructed to complain to the supplier!!!

Absolutely bloody terrible place. I went in to ask about chanel perfume and matching bits . Waited ,waited waited a bit more,finally women came over I think her attending to me was holding her up from doing something more pressing. Made me feel like I shouldn't have been there as didn't offer care or proper service . I know what product I wanted . Do you know what in my kind I snapped thought im.not spending my money here why would I hand over money to /line the pockets of people who clearly don't care about service. I left fuming . Its definitely them and not me.

If you wanted to be ignored this would be the place to go. Not a hello,not even an acknowledgement nothing disgusting people. Today I stood again couple of moments again waiting shop looked empty I saw one person being dealt with again nobody else attended but what got me was the women I did speak to was looking in my bag putting me on edge I said oh I did take some of the free to take samples as sign posted,but really made me uneasy no I won't bother ill walk a few shops along to Boots.
