Dear Sir or Madam, I did send you the email on March 25, hoping to contribute to the betterment of your vital service to our community. To my disappointment, your customer service has not improved at all. By the way, it is civil to provide a timely and comprehensive response to any communications that you have received. Or at least to acknowledge receipt of the communication and offer a fully reply in due course. So far, you failed to do none of the above, which are basic customer service gesture most establishments employ. This time, I am writing to complain about your an ethical practice that I have observed inside your pharmacy since my last email to you. In the past couple of months, when I visited your pharmacy to collect a single repeat prescription medication, which I had requested for them via my GP surgery and yet I had been offered twice several repeat prescription medications, which I did not asked for, not only once but twice. Twice, I had to forcefully decline the offer. I found also such kind of unprofessional practice, to be wrong and tantamount to an abuse of power by your pharmacy. I am very disappointed in you for totally ignoring my clear instruction, which I laid out to you in my last email, which reads as follows, “ please do not make any repeat prescription requests to my GP surgery on my behalf, without my prior consent. This is necessary to avoid unnecessary confusion and misunderstandings, between myself and my GP.” For some reason, either you have summarily ignored my instruction or you are abusing your authority by self prescribing me some medications that are not due to me. For the last time, please make sure that I am only served with specific medications that I have requested for. Please note, in the future, if you failed to heed any of my instructions, then I shall be compelled to lodge a formal complain against your establishment for gross negligence and malpractice to the proper authorities. Sincerely yours, T. Tafesse (DOB 27/01/57)

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to raise my concerns about your poor customer services that I had witnessed and experienced over the years. I have been using your pharmacy for some years, because I had to nominate your establishment as a place where I could regularly and timely get my repeat prescriptions for my several underlying illness. However, on a number of occasions, I had to repeatedly visit your pharmacy to get my medications. These had happened to me in spite of my strictly following all the NHS protocols, such as submitting my requests on time via my GP, but unable to collect my medications even though I had made the requests before 48 hours. More recently, on March 23 morning I had visited your pharmacy and left a reminder that I would be back in a while to collect my medications, requested via my local GP surgery on 21 March. When I returned back after two hours my medications were not ready for me to collect. I found such kind of poor service unacceptable. Not only the above, on several occasions, I had found out that the dates stamped on my medications packages and the date I collected them do not correlate. When I asked for an explanation, I had been told this was done by my GP. When I checked this allegations with my GP surgery and I was told that the GP surgery had been sending all my requests within 48 hours to my nominated pharmacy. Furthermore, I had to demand always for a copy of my repeat prescription slip so that I could use it to place my next request as well as to check if there are any reminders from my GP, such as my next annual health check ups. For the future, I would like to receive my medications on time without any delays. When I am expecting for more than two medications at a time, I will give you half an hour time to make them ready for me. I would like to have a copy of my repeat prescription request slip whenever I collect my medications from your establishment. Furthermore, please do not make any repeat prescription requests to my GP surgery on my behalf, without my prior consent. This is necessary to avoid unnecessary confusion and misunderstandings, between myself and my GP. I am optimistic that you will honour and comply with my humble request in the future. Sincerely yours T. Tafesse
