When the surgery first opened a pharmacy it was absolutely brilliant. However, the service has gone downhill since the latest company have taken over. Prescriptions are never filled correctly and yet again today I have had to return to the surgery to get what was missed off my husbands last prescription. What upset me most of all today was one of the staff's very loud opinion being expressed within hearing of customers regarding a 96 year old customer wasting NHS money by requesting a prescription for 400 paracetamol. This lack professionalism was intolerable and the member of staff should not have been voicing her thoughts in such a public way. I hope something will be done to ensure this does not happen again.
