I have just phoned this pharmacy to see if they are able to take delivery of an item of medication. I had a few questions however was suddenly and abruptly put on the phone to a pharmacist who told me that I was taking up the time of their staff and they had work to do and to stop asking questions as there was a queue of people at the counter. When I advised that I was also a customer, I was told that was irrelevant and that they were doing me a favour by speaking to me and taking delivery of an item of medication and that's all they could do. The customer service was terrible and made me feel like an inconvenience when I was merely asking medication questions which is the foundation and core of their business. Would not use them again and would question how comfortable they may make someone when discussing what could be difficult topics or supporting vulnerable, unwell people.
