Wow this isnt a chemist its a circus open less hours close at the drop of a hat 9 members of staff behind the counter and they still cant find ur meds they leave your script they have had a week until you come to collect then they spend ages trying to find it which you have to wait longer constantly changing hands i would avoid this place if you dont have time to get frustrated

They never answer the phone , ordered pills a week ago asked for delivery not delivered . Now have only 2 left . Can’t contact them . They will not answer the phone . It’s Saturday and patient now will run out of pills . When in the shop staff chatting not dealing with customers . All in all a rubbish chemist .

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to use! It's now been 9 days since I put my prescription in and it's only just been partially filled. I've already made two visits to the chemist and now I'm going to have to make a third just for the same prescription wich is not easy when you are disabled. The staff just lie to you, they told me that there is a manufacturing and supply issue! I've rang both manufacturers to try to find out when these issues will get be sorted to try to get some idea when I will get my liquid food and both have said there isn't any manufacturing or supply issues! It also didn't help when I could see cases of fresubin which is what I have ordered sat on the floor in the shop! I've now heard the chemist has been sold! If the new owner is reading this I would suggest you don't employ any of the present staff. Nobody should be expected to wait 9 days and counting for a prescription to be made ready! And then lied to when they question the delay!
