Once again I went to this pharmacy to collect my insulin and my other diabetic medication which keeps me alive to find it was all shut up with my medicine and other customers inside. i didn’t really want to go out with the corona virus about but I needed my prescription. So I trying ringing the other Rowlands like eastney and Fratton road and all I got was basically tough.... I was speechless at the way I was spoken to, So I phoned by doctors and they were so helpful but also furious with Rowlands as they were already snowed under with patients worrying about the current situation but were be being bombarded with people like myself that couldn’t get their prescriptions, the lovely lady I spoke to recommended Copnor Pharmacy to help me and what a superb job they did... I had to wait a while (but that didn’t matter, i will be eternally great-full for what they did) they were extremely busy with other customers that were queuing down the road but they sorted out my problem and got my prescription back from Rowlands,,, as I was waiting and having a chat with fellow waiters about how kind the pharmacist and his staff were, nothing is too big for his customers and how they always go the extra mile for them I decided I would never set foot in another branch of Rowlands again it it seems that this goes for many many others. Copnor Pharmacy was inundated with their own customers and hundreds of Rowlands that were in the same boat as myself and they deserve a medal... Goodbye Rowlands it seems like a regular occurrence it’s either got no staff or a pharmacist, the branch and the company are diabolical and reading their rubbish above makes me sick “”We have acquired years of experience and knowledge to help improve the health and wellbeing of our customers and their families. Our fully qualified pharmacists are on hand to listen, advise and answer any queries“” This should be taken down, there is never a pharmacist in this shop to (or some others I’ve been to) speak too.
