I am regular and repeated prescription customer and have been for 5years at this chemist. Two days ago I phoned them for repeat prescription which is include thyroxin and blood pressure tablet. The staff confirmed me that those will be ready for me next day, My husband went to the pharmacy to collet the medicine but the staff said they haven't got any prescription out for me.After this I phoned them and wanted to speak with the pharmacist but the staff did not let me talk with him.Left without blood pressure and Thyroxine medication for the weekend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reading your feedback we investigated the issues you raised with the branch. On investigation it appears that your repeat prescription had relapsed sometime previously. The doctors surgery asked the pharmacy to inform you that no prescriptions could be ordered until you had seen your doctor. This information was repeatedly reiterated to you via your husband who attended the pharmacy on your behalf. On this this occasion the pharmacy was following the procedure set down by your doctor so were unable to get a prescription for your medication.
