This is my local pharmacy that's ideal for me as its open late. However there's one particular over the counter receptionist who is unbelievably rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I wish I could say its just on the few occasions I've visited that she's incredibly rude, bad-mannered and extremely miserable but its not. I have never been served by her without being made to feel uncomfortable as though I'm putting her out by her doing her job. I never understand why people who have no customer service skills and lack communication and enthusiasm get these type of front of house roles where dealing with people in the correct manor is vital. Particularly those who are vulnerable. All in all I would not recommend this pharmacy unless you get one of the other two receptionist who are helpful and friendly.
