I’m still amazed by the number of negative reviews Pitmans gets. I was in there last month when a man came to the desk and demanded his medication. The customer angrily said to him “ you’ve had the prescription 5 days and you’ve still not got it!” The pharmacist showed the rude man that in fact he had only had it for two days. The man left the shop. I asked him if he regularly had to deal with this type of bad attitude? He laughed and said yes. All of the time. It’s amazing how rude people can be. Entitled arrogance. This is a pharmacy that is owned and run by ONE pharmacist. It’s open the longest hours of any pharmacy I know of. I don’t know how he manages to work these hours. It’s rare he has a day off, I think just bank holidays. I have always found him pleasant and helpful. He’s never been rude. He doesn’t deserve some of these horrible and threatening reviews I’ve just read, it’s good these people go somewhere else, he doesn’t deserve or need online bullies.
