Never answer phone! Although whenever I go in there's always 2-3 sometimes 4 in the back, you telling me not one of them can answer the phone! Gone way downhill since Kath James days

I visited the above branch today and there is a note displayed saying there will be a 30-45 minute wait for prescriptions. I do not have the time to wait this long for a prescription and the level of service here is unacceptable.

Use this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions because it is conveniently located. The service is OK but not as good as my previous pharmacy, which sent me a text every 8 weeks when my medicines were ready. This pharmacy is a bit hit and miss. I have to contact them and sometimes when I call in to check if my medicines are ready, they have to look for the prescription and dispense them while I wait. The pharmacist is very kind and helpful but looks stressed a lot of the time. The assistants seem to have their favourite customers and if you are not in this category you get the abrupt approach, and are made to feel like an impostor or time waster.
