Pharmacist very rude & off hand I am eighty one years old & don’t expect to be spoken to in this manner.

Always running out of stock. You are repeatedly told to come back to collect missing medicines from your order then are told there's a manufacturer problem and to come back. After three visits I was told I would need another prescription. They have no system. When you go to collect the prescription they spend ten minutes constantly rummaging through little plastic baskets to try and find you on their 'system' I had to spell my name 4 times and each time the girl wrote it down incorrectly. She did not understand or have any command of the Queen's English. At the desk there is no privacy to discuss anything. They are rude and totally shambolic. Go to Rowland over the road instead
