Very helpful staff always going the extra mile, Girls in the dispensary always very knowledgable with prescription queries and medicines. Compared to other pharmacies I have used this one definitely makes me feel valued and cared for as a patient, unlike some bigger chain pharmacies. Would recommend using this friendly, efficient local Chelmsford pharmacy.

I always find the staff helpful and and willing to help. I’ve had a problem getting my prescriptions faxed over from my surgery (not in Chelmsford) and the pharmacy staff are patient and and willing to check despite the fact that I sometimes have had to ring every day.
