I have always found this pharmacy really helpful. Whenever I ask about repeat prescriptions (when I have forgotten and run out of medicine, for example) they are anxious to help and even call me back to confirm that they have spoke to the GP, etc. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent, very helpful, customer friendly and caring

I've been using this pharmacy for over 3 years now and anytime I've gone in with a prescription the wait has never been more than 5 -10 minutes compaired to most others where I have waited at least 20 to 30 minutes or asked to come back hours later or next day, but that's not the best thing about chigwell pharmacy, they care and are considerate, polite, caring and get to know you as an individual and how you should look. I had some serious gastric problems and had drastic weight loss which was picked up by one of the staff, they were very concerned about me and were generally concerned. My gastric problems are all but over now but I can trust this pharmacy to have my best interests at heart, the opening times are great (06:30 to 10pm) which fits my working hrs as I can collect a prescription on way to work or when coming home. Well done all at chigwell pharmacy.
