Stay clear. I changed my repeat prescription to this pharmacy as they asked me to and promised me how good they were. At first everything was well apart from they only issue cheap generic drugs and say brands are out of stock. I have only been using them 2 months but have 16 items to collect on different days, most times I would wait and collect them together, today I go in and they hand me meds, then takes one back and states they are from last month I did not collect them, I explained I have been in to collect several times so it was them that did not give it to me and I was short last month. Although this medication is in my name and issued to me paid for and subsidised by the NHS he refused to give it me saying it will be cancelled. When I said but it is mine he told me to stop and he will not argue with me, I explained I was having a conversation with him and then was told to leave the shop as he will not speak to me again. So not only are they defrauding the NHS they are rude and robbers. The prescription had been signed and they will claim it from the NHS and they have kept my medication. Disgusting behaviour I will not be going there again changed my pharmacy straight away. Leave them to make there living dishing out methadone.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke staff are rude and incompetent customer care is non existent,in seven years of using this pharmacy i can honestly say in the last twelve months it is no worse than diabolical CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS because they won't..this time I'm putting a complaint in to the owners and the NHS if there was a zombie apocalypse and every single pharmacy on the planet was destroyed I still wouldn't use this pharmacy I gave 1 star so I could write the review otherwise I wouldn't have even given one star..

Absolutley shocking this pharmacy yet again ive gone to collect my prescription hes asked for DOB so he puts it in computer to ask me what have i orderd well im sorry but he should be able to see it on his screen i dont feel comfortabul saying what medication im on infront of other ppl, you can also go in whilst the young man is on the phone on loud speake getting patients to confirm their DOB name and address whilst ppl can hear all this so much for data protection.
