since days lewis they have gone back the staff they have inhertied should be sacked they are so milltant and rude but if you say anything back to them they make you wait another couple days spitful

Absolutely terrible service. Been three times since last Thursday to collect prescriptions. Closed door at 545pm and would not let anyone in the shop. Now run out of medicine. Staff are NO help. Unfriendly. Rude. Changing pharmacy now cannot rely on the service. This is not the first time. Find an alternative before you use Day Lewis.

Had to leave this chemist never had tablets on time. Basically called a liar about having tablets i didnt have then was phoned back ro say i was right. Shouldn't of took on lloyds chemist extra precriptions they cant cope and told them so. Fed up with being told tablets are ready to collect only to find they wasn't then said i was being rude and aggressive. He said we only having so many staff I said that's not my fault . I was really ill due to not having my medication on time. Found another chemist who are 110 percent much better and more polite. One star is being to generous.
