I was given a prescription for amoxil and prednisolone by my gp for chest infection. I was struggling to breathe. Went in to chemist and there was internet problem so my prescription had not come through. Staff said it may take an hour to be back up and running. I felt physically sick as I just needed to get back home to bed. A very gentle assistant sat beside me and offered to have it delivered even though I had not yet set this up. By the time I got home I had missed a call from them saying the script had come through and they would deliver. It arrived in less than 2 hours. I cannot say how relieved I was and how grateful that the staff could see I was struggling. This is compassion at its best. Well done. Please thank the staff
