I had been ringing around various pharmacies looking for a particular medication, which I had been told was no longer being manufactured. The staff I spoke to were exceptionally helpful over the phone, even checking that there were relevant alternatives, being willing to order in another formulation if I needed it. I had had considerable worries about being able to acquire the medication but the staff and particularly the pharmacist-they were reassuring and willing to go the extra mile for someone they hadn't even met! Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy on that basis.
