I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years but recently I have been accused of constantly being abusive when I go into collect my tablets. I can’t for the life of me understand what they are referring too, as I go in ask for my prescription , fill in the form etc abd then leave , also I have been accused of being abusive towards a delivery driver who used to deliver my mother’s tablets. I again can’t for the life of me remember this as I only met the driver twice and on both occasions all I did was to say hello and where do I sign. I haveif I am honest had some problems with the joined doctors surgery but only because they mixed up my prescription. I simply will not be falsely accused of abuse and I am writing to thecrekavebt authorities to resolve this matter.

I would definatly not recommend this pharmacy to anyone as while I was there I was subjected to disrespect,sarcastic remarks from a member of staff.This is not acceptable.This member of staff also subjected me to a situation which could of affected my condition.I have been subjected to problems there before and I found the whole experience to be disgusting.
