At first the pharmacy was helpful, I called to order repeat prescriptions and they arrived on time. Then however, my repeat kept getting lost somewhere in the ether. The surgery were convinced they had sent it over, the pharmacy convinced they had not. Instead of trying to fix the situation, unfortunately the Pharmacist was not open to the consideration of finding the root of the problem and ended up being extremely rude on the phone. They do not even have a system which they can use to check that they have received prescriptions for those who have requested repeat prescriptions over the phone. I definitely will not be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them for a place to get your repeat prescription.
