Twice the District Nurses have take a prescription for drain bottles for me to this chemist and on both occasions they could not get the bottles. No one thought to let anyone know so I would still be waiting for something that I need to use every other day. The staff don’t care how much stress they cause or how much inconvenience they make me go through. I do not understand how a business that should be there to help people and provide a service cares so little.
