Great service staff are always helpful,yesterday I collected a prescription [which was ordered on line from my Doctor] this did not correspond with what I required.No trouble there because a telephone call was made to my Doctor to confirm that the tablets were suitable.This saved me contacting when I arrived home. Good old fashion service , together with a well stocked range of products to cover all medical needs . | |||||||

I ordered a parfume from the online platform of the shop and prepaid this item two weeks ago. No delivery, no information, nothing. this is an unfair service, cheating practice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, even going so far as to make an effort to learn the names of regular customers. I've been using the pharmacy for a couple of decades and prefer their service to anywhere else in West Norwood. I recently needed to take a passport photo of my baby daughter and we had a really good experience there - the staff were extremely helpful.
